Jono first found his passion for product based problem solving during his degree in sports science where he enjoyed applying complex biomechanical theories to his own decision making when looking for the right running and football gear. This has led to a fruitful career spanning product development, innovation and strategy roles across some of sportswear's biggest brands. From the first circular knit football jersey for world cup 2018, to establishing performance ranges and innovation projects at the UK's first sportswear unicorn, Jono has focussed his energy on an empathetic approach to product creation. Now in house at Smallfry, Jono is applying this same methodology across a range of industries and challenges unearthing impactful solutions for our clients and collaborators.
