At GTK, we offer tailor made electronics solutions, with design and manufacturing support for complete turnkey builds. This can range from simple PCBA sub-assemblies through to box build products and even fully assembled electronics complete with retail packaging.
Our PCBA service includes PTH and SMT assembly, with 100% testing using AOI, ICT and x-ray. Sub-assemblies can also be encapsulated using a variety of methods, such as injection moulding, overmoulding and aluminium extrusions, all of which provide additional protection and can be branded with your company colours and logo.
Packaging options for our manufacturing solutions range from custom labels through to bespoke boxes and blister packs. We can even offer retail packaging options, complete with instruction sheets and user manuals.
Our technical experts are on-hand to assist at any stage with design support and project management, and can also help with BOM analysis and component selection to ensure that cost and quality targets are met.
